Hello! My name is Sean Thompson Jr. I am an 'Aspiring Creative' based in Atlanta, GA.
I call myself an 'Aspiring Creative' due to my vast interest in multiple fields and my ambitions to acquire knowledge, skill, and proficiency in each aspect as I grow into the world of film and technology. My goal is to use all of these skills I've learned over the years cohesively to build a name for myself in tech industry and to apply them to any project to better the lives of others.
I recently graduated from Clayton State University with a dual degree: B.S in Computer Science and B.A in Film Production on December 4th, 2021. My focus between the two degrees being in Software/ Web Development, Cinematography, Video Editing, and Computer Graphics/Animation.
Technologies used in previous projects:
Participated in IBM’s 6-Week Accelerate Program learning and professional development program in the software track with a focus on full-stack development. Improved and developed an understanding of Full-stack developer fundamentals from IBM professionals in such technologies as React, JavaScript, MaterialUI, Node.js, and GitHub.
Utilized agile development, version control software, and integrated development environments for collaborative development. Implemented test-driven development into production cycle to ensure end-user products achieved and passed all use-cases via unit-testing.
Acquired IBM Certificate of completion, post-evaluation of projects, attendance, and HackerRank performance.
